Biography
R. Steven Waldron has been practicing law in Murfreesboro since his admission to the Bar in 1973. After graduating law school with honors from the University of Florida, Mr. Waldron returned home to Rutherford County where he was a graduate of Smyrna High School Class of 1966. As a respected leader in the legal community, Mr. Waldron has litigated cases in both federal and state courts over the last 45 years, including regularly appearing before the Bureau of Workers' Compensation, Courts of Appeal, and Supreme Court of Tennessee.
Mr. Waldron has been on the forefront of litigation across Middle Tennessee for the last 45 years and has never failed to fight for his diverse client base. While Workers' Compensation Reform in 2014 caused other attorneys to leave that area of practice, Mr. Waldron did not waver in his representation of working Tennesseans. Mr. Waldron is a passionate and experienced veteran litigator who focuses his practice in worker's compensation, employment law, and personal injury cases.
