S. Chase Fann
Chase Fann joined Waldron, Fann & Parsley in 2018, after graduating from Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law at the University of Memphis, where he ranked second in his class, earning the CALI Award for the Top Grade in 9 courses, receiving honors in multiple moot court competitions, and serving on the Editorial Board for The University of Memphis Law Review. While in law school, Mr. Fann also garnered experience by clerking for Judge Julia S. Gibbons of the U.S. Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals, Judge John T. Fowlkes of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Tennessee, and working with the Office of the District Attorney General in Davidson County.
Since joining the firm, Mr. Fann has been involved as lead and co-counsel for plaintiffs and defendants in both the state and federal trial and appellate courts. As a trial litigator, Mr. Fann navigates evolving variables and creatively advances his client's positions through written and oral arguments in motions, bench, and jury trials. In just his first three (3) years, Mr. Fann litigated in a jury trial resulting in an award of more than $800,000 to a personal injury client, a bench trial that awarded $450,000 to clients who were victims of sexual harassment from their employer, and multiple settlements representing successful, practical, and efficient resolutions to cases.
Mr. Fann's advocacy also continues at the appellate level, where he has argued before the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals and authored five (5) successful briefs at the Tennessee Court of Appeals.
Mr. Fann also serves his clients outside of litigation in pre-litigation counseling, assessing the realities of difficult situations facing his clients and crafting and implementing innovative strategies for preemptive, practical solutions.
Mr. Fann zealously advocates for Waldron Fann & Parsley's clients in appeals, business law, civil rights, contracts, criminal defense, employment law, entertainment law, personal injury, and workers' compensation cases, using his unique exposure to a wide array of practice areas to assist each client individually.

I would highly recommend Waldron, Fann & Parsley. I had the pleasure of working with Chase Fann, and he was consistently professional, responsive and proved to be an excellent representative for my small business. – Scott E.
Mr. Fann was recommended by a friend to represent me in a civil matter. Terry and Chase took on my case, together we formulated a defense as well as a counter suit. Terry has a keen mind for the law and Chase is a go getter. As a team they complement each other very well. I hope I never have the need for their services again, but If I do they will be my one and ONLY call. – Rick S.
