S. Chase Fann



S. Chase Fann joined the firm in 2018. Mr. Fann is a Murfreesboro native and a 2011 graduate of Oakland High School who returned to his hometown to work with Waldron Fann & Parsley.

Mr. Fann joins the firm after graduating law school second in his class, magna cum laude, from Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law at The University of Memphis. Mr. Fann excelled in various aspects of law school, including earning the CALI Award for the Top Grade in 9 courses, receiving honors in multiple moot court competitions, working with students through the Academic Success Program, and serving on the Editorial Board for The University of Memphis Law Review. He also garnered experience while in law school by clerking for Judge Julia S. Gibbons of the U.S. Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals, Judge John T. Fowlkes of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Tennessee, and working with the Office of the District Attorney General in Davidson County.

Since joining the firm, Mr. Fann has been involved as both lead and co-counsel in both the state and federal trial and appellate courts representing Waldron Fann & Parsley’s clients in criminal defense, civil rights, employment law, personal injury, sports & entertainment, and workers’ compensation cases.
